Last month, Annie Davis, Suzanne Royer McCone and Johanna Rogozen attended the Alliance of Professional Nanny Agencies (APNA) Conference on September 18 through 21st. The Conference is a joining together of Agency owners attending workshops and networking with one another.
The Conference Winning Business Strategies from Industry Leaders also celebrated the 10th Anniversary of APNA. In 1993 Agency owners got together to form an alliance to write and adhere to the highest agency standards. Agencies from coast to coast follow the guidelines laid out by APNA and operate their agencies with the maximum of ethics, integrity, and the utmost in customer service.
