On-Call Childcare

Planning a date night? Is your nanny out sick?  Request an on-call nanny!  Our on-call nannies undergo the same rigorous vetting as our long-term candidates. With over 30 years of experience, we know how to screen candidates and will send you the best of the best.

Sign-Up Process

If you would like to sign up for our on-call service, please fill out our family application.  Upon completion, we will reach out to you to finish setting up your profile and to go over any questions you may have.

On-Call Service Fees

Agency Fees

  • Annual Membership Fee – $275
  • Daily Fee – $30 per day
  • Emergency Fee – $55 per day (for same day/next day requests)
  • Ongoing Fee – $35 per day (for a consistent provider over multiple bookings)
  • Overnight Fee – $35 per night

Nanny Wages

  • $18 per hour for 1 child before 5pm
  • $17 per hour for 1 child after 5pm
  • $20+ per hour for household support
  • For each additional child, it’s $1 more per hour


  • We have an afterhours phone so you can reach us for emergency requests.
  • You can request specific caregivers.
  • We have a 4 hour shift minimum.
  • Agency fees are charged when the job order is filled and are not refundable if cancelled.
  • For cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, the nanny must be paid the 4 hour minimum.

Nanny Vetting Process

We only refer qualified nannies that have been fully screened and background checked. Our exhaustive candidate screening process includes:

  • A minimum of 2 years prior childcare experience
  • All work references checked, including a minimum of three childcare references, and all employers from the past five years
  • Comprehensive childcare reference evaluation by our Recruitment Coordinator
  • Seven year state-by-state Criminal and Driving record checks through an investigative agency (Run annually for On-Call Nannies)
  • Social Security verification
  • Sex Offender registry check
  • Extensive written application
  • Online presence evaluation
  • Personal interview with our Recruitment Coordinator
  • Verification of Infant & Child CPR/First Aid training
  • Verification of driver’s license and car insurance (if applicable)
  • Matched to your personal and family needs
