Jobs:

  • View your requests by going to Jobs (either from the menu or bottom of the home screen)
  • To make a new request, click the + symbol on the bottom right hand corner of the Jobs section
  • You may also continue to make requests on the website
  • When a nanny accepts your request, you will receive a push notification (Notifications section)
  • The nanny will contact you ASAP to confirm
  • To view the details of your job and the nanny profile, go to Jobs, click your request, go to View Profile under the nanny’s name
  • Important!: You can select a nanny or multiple nannies for the job to be sent to first. That group of nannies has 8 hours to pick up the shift before the job is sent to all other active, matching nannies.
  • Rush requests: We recommend not selecting any nannies if your request is for the same day or next day, to offer a better likelihood of filling the job. That way your job is immediately sent to all nannies.
  • Cancellations: Please cancel with the nanny directly and let us know the job is cancelled. We will cancel it in the system when we are back in office.  If the nanny needs to cancel, the family can create a new booking in the app to request a replacement.

Policies:

  • We have a four hour minimum for each shift.
  • Nannies must be paid for the hours they are originally booked for.
  • The agency fee is non-refundable. However, we do waive the agency service fee due to illness, so please email us or text us if that is the case.
  • For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the nanny must be paid the 4 hour minimum.
  • If the family needs to change the job description or job requirements in any way with less than 24 hours’ notice, the nanny reserves the right to decline the request and the nanny must still be paid the 4 hour minimum.

Wages: Paid directly to the provider in cash, check, or cash app

  • $30 per hour for 1 child
  • $35 per hour for children ages 0-6 months
  • $35 per hour for household support
  • $2 more per hour for each additional child
  • Nannies earn time and a half on national holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years)

Agency Fees: Automatically charged to the credit card on file after the job is completed

  • Daily on-call fee – $45 per day
  • Rush on-call fee – $65 per day (same day or next day requests)
