Comprehensive childcare reference evaluation by our Recruitment and Placement Teams |
Seven-year state-by-state Criminal and Driving record checks through an investigative agency (Run annually for On-Call Nannies) |
Social Security verification |
Sex Offender registry check |
Extensive written application |
Online presence evaluation |
Personal interview with our Recruitment Team |
Verification of current Infant & Child CPR/First Aid training |
Verification of driver’s license and car insurance (if applicable) |
Non-smoker |
Matched to your personal and family needs |
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. |
