who are passionate about their career and display the highest level of commitment and professionalism.

Our candidates must meet the following requirements and vetting processes.

Recent (within the past 5 years) professional nanny or household experience
All work references checked, including a minimum of three childcare references, and all employers from the past five years
Comprehensive childcare reference evaluation by our Recruitment and Placement Teams
Seven-year state-by-state Criminal and Driving record checks through an investigative agency (Run annually for On-Call Nannies)
Social Security verification
Sex Offender registry check
Extensive written application
Online presence evaluation
Personal interview with our Recruitment Team
Verification of current Infant & Child CPR/First Aid training
Verification of driver’s license and car insurance (if applicable)
Non-smoker
Matched to your personal and family needs
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
